Your current status is important to determine where to lodge the application for the HSMP visa. If you are already in the UK and hold a visitor visa after we get the HSMP approval letter you will have to get back so we can lodge the application for HSMP visa with the British Embassy, the High Commission or with the Consulate in your home country. But if you are in the UK with a different visa, not a visitor one, then we can obtain the highly skilled migrant visa here.

If you currently reside outside the United Kingdom, we will make an application for you with Work Permits (UK) and obtain an approval letter and then lodge the application with the Consulate in your home country.
