UK Experience

With the relevant UK experience you can claim a further 5 points towards to 75 points required in order to qualify under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme.

There are two ways in which you would qualify for these 5 points, namely:

If you have claimed points for earnings under the Previous earnings category for work undertaken in the UK

Or

If you have studied and graduated at Bachelors degree level or higher in full-time higher education in the UK. This is further available to those who have studied at a UK-based overseas educational establishment for a minimum of one full academic year.

Please be advised that you cannot claim 5 points for earnings gained in the UK as well as educational qualifications achieved in the UK. You can claim a maximum of 5 points.
